I’ve got plenty of options.

I’ve been buying from my current vendor for years.

What specifically are you bringing that makes you any better?

I’m comfortable.

I know how to do what I’m doing now.

You represent challenge and change.

If you don’t make my life easier or better in some measurable way, there’s no reason for me to buy from you.

I’m a human being, and as such, I tend to care about what I believe is best for me.

If you can’t cater to that belief, or change that perception through your approach, then I don’t need you.
